What are the operating hours for CREW Kidz?

No, it is not necessary to inform CREW which days your child will be attending.
On the days your child is coming to CREW, have them inform their homeroom teacher and wait for the call by the school's office letting them know it is time to go to their CREW classroom.

At the end of the school day your child will be in their homeroom awaiting dismissal. The school will make an announcement that all children attending CREW can now be dismissed. At that point your child will then proceed to their designated CREW classroom where their CREW teachers will be waiting for them and where attendance will be taken.
If your child is new to CREW, we will have one of our CREW teachers outside their homeroom to guide them to their designated CREW classroom.

You may drop off your child any time between 6:45 am and 7:20 am.
You must walk your child to the door, please do not drop your child off at the sidewalk and let them walk to the door on their own.
Please use the doorbell located on the right side of the doors and wait for our teacher to open the door.
Your child will wait in the gym (we have games and toys for them to use) until they are dismissed to the school.
Your child may bring a snack or drink with them.

At the end of the school day your child will be in their homeroom for dismissal.
At 3:50 pm the school will make an announcement that all children who are attending CREW must report to their designated CREW classrooms.
You child will walk to their designated CREW classrooms.
Your child will be offered a peanut-free snack. They may also brng a snack with them.
If your child has any food allergies please indicate in the Medical/Allergy information of the CREW registration form.

Pickup is done from the hallway adjacent right to the front doors. Please bring your carpool tag number with you if this is the first time you are picking up a child.
You will need to checkout your child by entering their carpool tag number into our touch screen tablet system.
You must come into the building to pick up your child, we will not release them to you outside the building.
Please be aware we will only release a child to a parent or designated guardian. Designated guardians must be registered with us and show proof (id) when requested.

We provide opportunities for outdoor or indoor play (playground or gym).
We have games and toys (Legos, card games, board games, Tech Decks, coloring books) for classroom play.
We have guided craft/holiday activities.
We offer a quiet space to do homework.
